# Customize your AI website

> Choose an Agentsy website template, customize your branding and content, select a CTA language, and decide whether visitors can start as guests.

Your Agentsy AI Experience includes a standalone, branded website where visitors can discover your expertise and start a conversation. You can customize how the website looks and what it says without building a website from scratch.

This guide covers the main choices: **website template, content, branding, call-to-action language, and guest chat access**.

## 1. Choose your website template

Agentsy offers **four website templates**. Choose the presentation that best suits your brand and the experience you want visitors to have.

| Template | What to consider |
| - | - |
| **Classic** | A familiar, straightforward presentation for introducing your expertise and inviting visitors to interact. |
| **Modern** | An alternative presentation to consider when you want a contemporary look. |
| **Impact** | A template to explore when you want a more distinctive first impression. |
| **Minimalist** | A simpler presentation to consider when you want fewer visual distractions around the experience. |

These are starting points, not separate types of AI. **Changing the website template changes its presentation, not the underlying AI model or System Instructions.**

> [!TIP]
>
> Preview the available templates with your own content. The best choice is the one that makes your message easy to understand and the conversation easy to start—especially on mobile.

## 2. Generate your website content with the Experience Page Builder

You do not need to write every section of your website from scratch.

After generating your **System Instructions** with the [AI Experience Builder](https://www.agentsy.pro/build-your-ai), use the **Experience Page Builder** available on the same page. It helps turn your AI Experience concept into suggested website copy and branding direction.

1. Open [Build Your AI](https://www.agentsy.pro/build-your-ai).
2. Find the **Experience Page Builder** prompt.
3. Use it in your preferred conversational AI, following the instructions provided there.
4. Review the suggested content and adjust anything that does not accurately represent your expertise or offer.
5. Add the relevant content to your Agentsy website customization fields.

Aim for a headline that tells visitors what they can gain from interacting with your experience, supported by a short, clear explanation.

> [!NOTE]
>
> The **AI Experience Builder** produces the System Instructions that guide AI behavior. The **Experience Page Builder** helps with the public-facing website content. They serve different purposes.

For additional guidance, see [Landing page content](/branding-and-website/landing-page-content).

## 3. Customize your branding and images

In your Agentsy workspace, open the website customization options for your AI Experience and review the available fields.

Depending on the template and settings available, customize your:

* **Experience name and identity** to make the site recognizable.
* **Logo** to reflect your brand.
* **Brand colors** to create a consistent visual identity.
* **Headlines and supporting copy** using the content prepared with the Experience Page Builder.
* **Images** to help visitors understand the expertise, audience, or topic behind the experience.

Choose images that support the actual capabilities of your experience. For example, avoid implying that the AI can display live inventory if no live inventory connection exists.

## 4. Select the language for calls to action

**Agentsy's call-to-action (CTA) labels are provided by the platform.** You do not need to write or customize the button text yourself.

Instead, select the language you want the platform's CTA labels to use. Available languages are:

| Language | Language |
| - | - |
| English | Spanish |
| Portuguese | Catalan |
| French | Italian |
| German (Deutsch) | |

Choose the language that best matches your intended visitors and the rest of your website.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Selecting a CTA language controls the platform-provided CTA wording. It does **not**, by itself, translate your custom website content or guarantee that the AI will answer in that language. The AI's conversational behavior is guided separately by its System Instructions.

If you configure a booking destination or other available action, test that it opens the correct place. The **action destination** and the **platform-provided CTA label** are different things.

See [Calls to action](/branding-and-website/calls-to-action).

## 5. Decide whether to enable guest chat

**Guest chat** lets you choose whether visitors can begin interacting without registering first.

| Guest chat setting | Visitor experience |
| - | - |
| **Enabled** | Visitors can start a conversation as guests, subject to the experience's configured guest-chat flow and limits. |
| **Disabled** | Visitors must follow the configured registration or sign-in flow before chatting. |

Consider your objective:

* **Enable guest chat** when reducing friction and helping visitors experience your expertise immediately is a priority.
* **Disable guest chat** when identifying visitors before they begin chatting is more important to your experience.

Guest chat is separate from the website template and CTA language. Review any additional public, private, or invite-only access settings for your experience.

> [!TIP]
>
> Test both the landing page and the chat entry flow in a private browser window. This helps you see what a first-time visitor encounters rather than what you see while signed in as an administrator.

## 6. Preview and test your website

Before sharing your AI Experience, open it on desktop and mobile and check the complete visitor journey.

* [ ] The selected template presents your content clearly.
* [ ] Your logo, colors, and images look consistent with your brand.
* [ ] Your headline explains what visitors can explore or learn.
* [ ] Platform CTA labels appear in the selected language.
* [ ] Booking or other configured destinations open correctly.
* [ ] Guest chat is enabled or disabled as intended.
* [ ] Registration and sign-in work as expected when required.
* [ ] The chat input and messages are usable on mobile.
* [ ] The AI's answers match the expectations set by your website.

If the website promises something the AI cannot do, refine the copy with the Experience Page Builder or review the AI's System Instructions with the AI Experience Builder.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I write my own CTA button labels?

No. The platform provides the CTA labels. You can choose their language from the supported options.

### Does choosing a different template change my AI?

No. Templates control the website presentation. The selected AI model, System Instructions, and connected knowledge are configured separately.

### Do I need to write all my website copy manually?

No. Use the **Experience Page Builder** at [Build Your AI](https://www.agentsy.pro/build-your-ai) to generate a starting point based on your AI Experience.

### Does enabling guest chat mean visitors never need to register?

Not necessarily. Guest chat allows visitors to begin as guests; any later registration requirements depend on your configured visitor flow.

### Does selecting Spanish CTAs make the AI speak Spanish?

No. CTA language and the AI's conversational language are separate settings or behaviors. Make sure your System Instructions reflect the languages your experience should support.

## What's next?

Continue with [Landing page content](/branding-and-website/landing-page-content), [Calls to action](/branding-and-website/calls-to-action), or [Guest chat and registration](/create-and-configure/guest-chat-and-registration).

Your website should make it easy for visitors to understand the value of your expertise, begin exploring it, and take the next step when they are ready.
