An Agentsy account gives you access to the workspace where you can configure, test, and manage your branded AI Experience. This guide covers registration and your first sign-in. For the complete journey from idea to launch, follow the Quickstart.

1. Open Agentsy

Visit agentsy.pro and select the option to sign up or start a trial. Follow the registration flow shown on screen. Button labels and available offers may change over time.

2. Complete your registration

Provide the account information requested, including an email address you can access.
  • Use an email address you regularly check for account-related communications.
  • If prompted to create a password, choose a strong, unique one.
  • If you are creating an experience for a company or client, consider who should retain administrative access over time.
Your Agentsy account is used to manage your AI Experience. Visitors who register to chat with your assistant are not automatically administrators of your workspace.

3. Verify your email

If Agentsy asks you to verify your email address, open the verification message and follow its instructions. If you cannot find the message:
  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
  3. Allow a few minutes for delivery, then use any available resend option.
If the registration flow does not request verification, continue with the instructions shown on screen.

4. Access your workspace

Once registration is complete, follow the sign-in or workspace link provided by Agentsy. Your experience may use a branded Agentsy subdomain such as your-company-username.agentsy.pro. Use the actual address assigned to your account, rather than assuming a particular subdomain. When you arrive, familiarize yourself with the available areas for configuring your assistant, managing knowledge, and customizing its website.
Save your workspace address as a bookmark so you can return to it easily.

5. Prepare your AI Experience with the Builder

You don’t have to write system instructions or plan your knowledge base from scratch. Open the Agentsy AI Experience Builder to prepare the materials you’ll use in your workspace. The guided process helps you:
  • Define the audience, purpose, and boundaries of your AI Experience.
  • Draft System Instructions that reflect your expertise and communication style.
  • Identify useful documents with a Knowledge Sources Checklist.
  • Prepare website messaging and branding recommendations.
You can use these outputs to configure your first version, then refine it as you test.
A Knowledge Sources Checklist is a planning aid. The documents themselves must still be added through the supported knowledge-management workflow before your assistant can use them.
