What is an AI Experience?

An AI Experience is an interactive way for people to explore an expert’s or organization’s knowledge, approach, and services through conversation. In Agentsy, that experience is delivered through a dedicated, branded website. Visitors can ask questions in their own words instead of navigating a fixed list of pages or waiting for an introductory meeting.

From reading about expertise to interacting with it

A conventional website can describe what you do. An AI Experience helps visitors explore how you think about their questions. For example, a prospective client visiting a consultant’s website might see a list of services and a “Book a call” button. In an AI Experience, that same visitor could first ask:
“We’re struggling to align our leadership team. What should we consider before bringing in outside support?”
The assistant can explain relevant concepts, introduce the consultant’s approach, and help the visitor understand possible next steps—using the instructions and knowledge the consultant has provided. This is not a substitute for a professional assessment. It’s a way to make an initial conversation more useful.

The building blocks

How is this different from a typical chatbot?

A typical website chatbot is often designed for quick support questions or navigation. An Agentsy AI Experience is designed to let people engage more deeply with the knowledge behind a business or professional service. That difference comes from the purpose and design, not from a guarantee that the AI will always answer correctly. The experience still needs accurate source material, clear boundaries, and testing.

Example experiences

A professional advisor

A visitor explores the advisor’s framework, learns which questions matter, and decides whether to request a consultation.

An author or educator

A reader asks about concepts from a book or course, works through examples, and discovers related learning resources.

A specialist business

A potential customer learns about available service categories, key considerations, and when a team member should step in. The assistant avoids claiming to know live availability unless that information is actually connected.

What happens when someone is ready to act?

An AI Experience can help visitors become better informed, but many decisions still require a person. Design a natural handoff for moments such as requesting a quote, discussing a specific case, reviewing availability, or booking a professional conversation. The objective is better human conversations, not forcing every visitor toward a sales action.

Responsible use

An AI Experience should:
  • Be clear that visitors are interacting with AI.
  • Avoid fabricating facts, capabilities, or current availability.
  • Respect access permissions and privacy requirements.
  • Avoid requesting sensitive information unless the workflow is specifically designed and approved to handle it.
  • Direct users to qualified people for decisions requiring professional judgment.
