1. Plan your AI Experience with the Builder
Open Build Your AI and follow the instructions for the AI Experience Builder. The builder is designed to work with an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Using one that already has context about your business or expertise can make the process easier, but you can also start fresh.- Copy the AI Experience Builder prompt from the page.
- Paste it into your preferred AI assistant.
- Answer the questions it asks about your expertise, audience, and goals.
- Review and refine the proposed configuration.
- System Instructions: Guidance for how your assistant should communicate, what it can help with, where its boundaries are, and when to suggest speaking with a person.
- Knowledge Sources Checklist: A plan for the documents and materials that will help the assistant provide reliable, relevant answers.
2. Prepare your AI website content
Return to Build Your AI and follow the Experience Page Builder instructions. Use the System Instructions from the first step as context. The builder can help you develop:- A headline and introduction for your branded AI website.
- Clear messaging about who the experience is for.
- Examples of what visitors can explore or ask.
- Content that explains your approach and its value.
- Suggested branding colors aligned with your identity.
3. Create your Agentsy account
Visit agentsy.pro to create an account or sign in. Open your Agentsy workspace and locate the settings for creating or configuring your AI Experience. Labels and available options may change as the product evolves.4. Configure your AI Experience
Use the materials you prepared with the builders to set up your experience:- Add your System Instructions to define the assistant’s behavior and boundaries.
- Upload your knowledge documents so the assistant can use your approved information.
- Customize your AI website with your messaging, brand colors, and visual identity.
- Review visitor access to decide whether the experience should be public or restricted.
- Make a human next step available for visitors who want to speak with you or your team.
A Knowledge Sources Checklist is a planning document. Listing a source does not automatically make its contents available to the assistant; you still need to add the relevant knowledge through the supported configuration.
5. Test before sharing
Open the experience as a visitor and try a few realistic questions:- What can you help me with?
- How does your approach work?
- I’m facing a specific challenge. Where should I start?
- What makes your methodology different?
- Can I speak with the expert directly?
- What happens when I ask about something you don’t know?
6. Publish and share
When your experience is ready, confirm the access settings and share your dedicated AI website through channels your audience already uses, such as your website, LinkedIn, newsletters, or direct invitations. Rather than simply announcing that you’ve created an AI assistant, explain what people can discover or accomplish by interacting with your expertise. See Publish Your AI Experience and Promote Your Assistant.7. Learn and improve
Your first version doesn’t need to answer everything. As people interact with your AI Experience, look for recurring questions, gaps in the knowledge base, and opportunities to make the conversation more useful. The goal is to help the right visitors understand your expertise and reach a meaningful human conversation when they’re ready. See Measure Engagement.First-launch checklist
