Organization Settings
Your organization is the workspace in Agentsy where your business manages its AI Experience and related administrative information. Keeping organization details accurate helps your team maintain a consistent experience for visitors and avoid confusion when managing access, billing, and branding. This guide explains what organization settings are for, how they differ from personal settings, and what to review before making changes.Available settings and menu names may vary depending on your account, subscription, and permissions. If you cannot find an option described here, it may not be available to your role or workspace.
Understand the three levels of settings
Agentsy separates settings by what they affect:
Changing an organization setting does not necessarily update every AI Experience. Likewise, editing an AI Experience does not necessarily change your organization’s account information.
For personal settings, see Profile and Preferences.
Find your organization settings
- Sign in to your Agentsy account.
- Open your organization or administrative workspace.
- Look for an area labeled Organization, Settings, or a similar administrative option.
- Review the available fields and your current permissions before editing anything.
- Save changes using the action shown in your workspace, if one is available.
Review your organization information
Depending on the controls available to your account, you may be able to view or manage information such as:- Organization name: The business or team identity associated with the workspace.
- Administrative contact details: Information used to coordinate account-related matters, where supported.
- Team access: The people authorized to work within the organization.
- Subscription and billing: The plan and payment information associated with the account.
- Associated AI Experiences: The assistant website or experiences managed within the workspace.
Organization identity versus AI website branding
Your organization name and your public AI website are related, but they serve different purposes. For example, a consulting business might use its legal or trading name for organization administration while presenting an AI Experience under a branded assistant name. To change how visitors see an AI Experience, review its website and branding settings rather than assuming an organization-level edit will update the public page. Useful guides:Manage access responsibly
Only authorized people should be able to make organization-level changes. Before adding or changing team access, consider:- Who needs to configure the AI Experience?
- Who should review conversations or visitor insights?
- Who is responsible for billing and administrative decisions?
- Who should be able to change settings that affect the public experience?
Understand the relationship to your AI Experience
Organization settings help administer your workspace. Most visitor-facing decisions are managed within the AI Experience itself, including:
For related instructions, see Public and Private Access and Human Handoff.
An organization-level change should not be treated as a substitute for testing the live AI Experience. After making changes that could affect visitors, open the published website and verify the result.
Before changing important settings
Use this short checklist to avoid accidental disruptions:- Confirm you are in the correct organization.
- Understand whether the change affects your account, organization, or public AI Experience.
- Check whether teammates or clients rely on the current setting.
- Record important existing values when appropriate.
- Make the change and save it.
- Verify the result in the administrative workspace.
- If the change is visitor-facing, test the published experience.
