Coupons and Promotions
Agentsy may offer promotional pricing, discounted subscription periods, or complimentary access as part of a trial, partnership, or special offer. This guide explains what to check when you receive a promotion and how to confirm that it has been applied to your subscription.Promotional offers vary. The terms provided with your offer and the details shown during checkout or in your billing account determine the discount, duration, and eligibility that apply to you.
Understand the different types of offers
A promotion can apply to a single payment, a limited number of billing periods, or another duration defined in its terms. Do not assume that a coupon applies forever.
Redeem a promotional offer
The redemption process depends on how the offer was issued.- Review the offer details, including its expiration date and eligible plan.
- If a promotional code field is available during checkout, enter the code exactly as provided.
- Review the updated price and billing summary before confirming payment.
- Complete checkout only after confirming the expected discount.
- Keep the offer confirmation for your records.
Confirm that your discount is active
After redeeming an offer, check your billing information or the payment confirmation available for your subscription. Look for:- The subscription plan and its regular price.
- A discount or promotional adjustment, if shown.
- The total charged or due for the current billing period.
- The next renewal date and expected amount, where available.
- Any stated expiration date or remaining discounted billing periods.
What happens when a promotion ends?
When a time-limited promotion expires, eligible subscription charges may return to the regular price, subject to the offer terms and your subscription configuration. For example, a subscription with two complimentary monthly billing periods may have no subscription charge during those periods and resume normal billing afterward. This is only an illustration—not a promise about any specific Agentsy offer. Before the promotional period ends:- Confirm the promotion’s end date or final discounted billing period.
- Review your current plan and anticipated message usage.
- Check the amount and date of the next renewal, if available.
- Decide whether the current plan still fits your needs.
- If necessary, review Upgrade or Downgrade or Cancel Your Subscription.
A promotion ending does not necessarily change your plan or message allowance. Discount terms and subscription entitlements are separate. Review your account’s actual subscription details.
Coupons and plan changes
If you upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise modify your subscription while a promotion is active, the discount may or may not continue. This depends on the coupon’s eligibility rules and the billing configuration. Before confirming a plan change, verify:- Whether the promotion applies to the new plan.
- Whether the discount continues for the remaining promotional period.
- Whether prorated charges or credits may apply.
- The expected amount on the next invoice.
Troubleshoot a missing or incorrect discount
If the amount charged differs from what you expected, gather the relevant details and contact support. Do not repeatedly retry checkout or create duplicate subscriptions to test a coupon.
Request help with a promotion
When contacting Agentsy support, include:- The email address associated with your Agentsy account.
- The name or code of the promotion, if applicable.
- Where you received the offer.
- The expected discount and duration.
- The invoice date or number, if the issue involves a charge.
- A screenshot of the relevant billing summary, with sensitive payment information hidden.
Promotional offer checklist
Before accepting an offer, confirm that you understand:- Which subscription plan is eligible.
- The discount amount or percentage.
- The number of discounted billing periods or the expiration date.
- Any trial message allowance or usage limits.
- Whether billing continues after the offer ends.
- How the offer appears on checkout or invoices.
- What happens if you change or cancel your subscription.
The best way to avoid surprises is to verify both the current discounted amount and the expected future renewal terms before confirming your subscription.
