Plans and Free Trials

Agentsy helps you turn your knowledge, methodology, and expertise into an interactive AI Experience that visitors can explore through your own branded website. Subscription plans let you choose a level of usage that fits your audience and stage of growth. If a free trial or promotional offer is available to your account, you can use it to configure, test, and introduce your experience before committing to a paid subscription.
Plan prices, included messages, trial durations, eligibility, and available features can change. Your current Agentsy pricing page, account billing screen, and checkout details are the authoritative sources for the offer available to you.

How Agentsy plans work

Agentsy offers subscription options designed for different levels of activity, from a newly launched AI Experience to one receiving more frequent visitor conversations. When comparing plans, review these factors: A message allowance is not necessarily the same as the number of visitors or conversations. One visitor may exchange multiple messages with your assistant. For details on allowances and how to monitor them, see Message Usage and Limits.

Choose a plan based on your goals

The right plan depends on how you expect people to use your AI Experience, not only on the number of people who visit your website.

Exploring your first AI Experience

If you’re creating your first experience, prioritize having enough capacity to:
  • Configure your assistant and its instructions.
  • Upload and test relevant knowledge.
  • Invite a small group of early visitors.
  • Review questions and improve responses before promoting more widely.
Start with the smallest available plan or trial that meets your needs, then reassess after you have real usage data.

Launching to an existing audience

If you already have an audience through a newsletter, social media, a professional community, or an established website, consider how many people might engage during your launch. A short campaign can produce a temporary increase in messages, especially when visitors ask several follow-up questions.

Growing an established experience

If your assistant is regularly helping prospects explore your expertise, review usage trends and conversation quality before choosing a higher allowance.
Estimate conversations and average messages per conversation separately. For example, 100 conversations averaging 8 messages each would represent approximately 800 messages if the allowance counts those messages in that way. Check your plan’s actual counting rules before relying on an estimate.

Understand free trials

A free trial, when offered, is intended to help you experience the platform before making a longer-term commitment. Depending on the offer, a trial may have:
  • A defined start and end date.
  • A limited number of messages.
  • Eligibility requirements for new or selected accounts.
  • Specific features or usage restrictions.
  • A payment-method or subscription requirement.
Do not assume that every trial is identical or that a trial automatically ends without a charge. Review the terms shown when you activate the offer, including whether a paid subscription begins automatically and when billing would start.

What to do during your trial

Use your trial to validate the experience your visitors will actually have.
  1. Define your audience. Identify whom the AI Experience is meant to help and which questions it should answer.
  2. Set up the experience. Configure the assistant, its knowledge, and its branded website.
  3. Test realistic questions. Check accuracy, clarity, limitations, and when the assistant should recommend human support.
  4. Invite early visitors. Share the experience with a small, relevant audience.
  5. Review engagement. Look at the questions people ask and whether the experience helps them take a useful next step.
  6. Evaluate the plan. Compare observed usage with your expected activity before the trial ends.

Check your current plan and trial status

To understand what applies to your account:
  1. Sign in to your Agentsy account.
  2. Open the available billing, subscription, or plan information in your account or organization settings.
  3. Review the active plan, price, billing frequency, and message allowance.
  4. If you have a trial or promotion, check its displayed expiration date and conditions.
  5. Review your current usage and any upcoming renewal or payment information that is available.
The exact navigation and controls may differ by account type and subscription status. If you cannot locate these details, contact Agentsy support before making assumptions about your billing or trial.

What happens when a trial ends?

The outcome depends on the terms of the specific offer you accepted and your subscription status. Possible outcomes include a transition to a paid subscription, a need to select a plan, or limitations on continued use. Before your trial expires:
  • Confirm whether payment is scheduled.
  • Review your current plan and usage.
  • Decide whether to continue, upgrade, or cancel according to the available terms.
  • Check that your AI Experience will remain accessible in the way you intend.
A trial ending does not necessarily mean your account or its content is deleted. Likewise, retaining an account does not guarantee that its public AI Experience remains active without an eligible subscription. Check the terms for your account.

Change your plan

If your expected activity changes, you may want to select a different subscription option. Before making a change, review:
  • The new price and billing frequency.
  • Any changes to message allowances or features.
  • When the change takes effect.
  • Whether any prorated charges, credits, or other adjustments apply.
For detailed guidance, see Upgrade or Downgrade.

Coupons and special offers

Agentsy may make promotional offers available to eligible customers. Their terms can differ from standard pricing and trials. If you have a coupon or promotional arrangement, verify the discount, its duration, and which subscription it applies to before confirming payment. See Coupons and Promotions.

Frequently asked questions

Is the number of messages the same as the number of visitors?

No. A single visitor can send multiple messages over one or more conversations. Review the counting rules for your plan and track actual usage.

Can I test my assistant before promoting it?

Yes. Testing your instructions, knowledge, and visitor experience before public promotion is strongly recommended. Whether testing messages count toward your allowance depends on your plan’s usage rules.

Does every new account receive a free trial?

Not necessarily. Trial availability and eligibility depend on the current offer and account conditions.

Can I change plans later?

Plan-change options and their timing depend on the subscriptions available to your account. Review your billing settings or contact support for confirmation.

Will my assistant automatically stop when I reach my message limit?

Usage-limit behavior depends on the plan and current platform rules. Review Message Usage and Limits and avoid promising uninterrupted service beyond your allowance.

Before choosing a plan

  • I understand the current subscription price and billing frequency.
  • I have reviewed the included message allowance and how usage is counted.
  • I know whether my account has an active trial or promotion.
  • I understand any automatic renewal or post-trial billing terms.
  • I have estimated my initial visitor and conversation activity.
  • I know where to review usage and billing information.
Choose a plan that supports useful conversations with your audience. You can make a more informed decision about capacity once you understand how visitors actually engage with your expertise.
